There's something to be said about the agent that takes the time to earn advanced degrees beyond a real estate license.  Did you know that less than 15% of all Realtors take the time away from their business and earn these classes which would keep you, the consumer, educated to our ever changing new laws and trends?  I have earned strategic designations whether for buyers, sellers, seniors ready to downsize or perhaps the family losing their home in a short sale or foreclosure.  So the next time you're interviewing an agent to work with, look at their business card and see if they list any designations.  If you don't see them..... they don't have them!  As a full-time residential Realtor since 1988, I've successfully guided my sellers and buyers through economic boom economies and disastrous ones.  I've experienced interest rates as low as 2.5% and as high as 22% and I always work with enthusiasm and never accept the word NO.  There's always another way!  My clients say I'm very direct and appreciate  my straight forward attitude in solving problems.  I maintain a high percentage of repeat business and my current clients refer and trust me to work with their friends and family.

I am well known to major relocation companies and they refer their transferees to me.  Relocation companies don't allow you to work with their clients unless you know what you're doing and I do!  My negotiating and organizational skills make every client feel someone really took the time to get them organized and achieve their goals in record time.  I am a college graduate with a double major in elementary education and psychology and a minor in sociology.  After teaching for 6 years, I decided to change career paths and was hired on the spot by the President to reorganize their corporate sales division and within a year, took over as National Sales Manager.  No matter what product I'm selling, it all comes down I'm in the people business and what can I do to make a clients dream a reality.  It would be exciting to work with you and look forward to hearing from you. .
