The Morton Arboretum Plant Clinic

Staff members and volunteers can answer questions on identification, care, ailments, and selection of trees and shrubs. The clinic takes telephone calls and visits from 1 to 4 p.m. weekdays April through October. Saturday hours are late April through late September and calls and visits from 1 to 3 p.m. weekdays November through March.

Chicago Botanical Garden

Staff members and trained volunteer Master Gardeners take calls and visits from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday in March through October and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday in November through February.

Directions: Located at 1000 Lake Cook rd., Glencoe (parking is $10).
